About the project
"Lena" is a working digital personality and a methodology to build, verify, and transfer such a personality. Today she lives in messengers. Tomorrow, she will live in a device that a person invites into their home.
thesis
Home robots will cease to be news in the coming years. Drives, sensors, and models will become commodities: identical across all manufacturers and interchangeable.
The scarcity won't be the casing, but who inhabits it.
A person invites a companion into their home, not just a device. This means value shifts toward personality: recognizable, stable over time, with a shared history of relationships and clear boundaries. This is exactly what the project builds—regardless of whose hardware is underneath.
device
Here, personality is not a byproduct of a large model, but a construct that can be described, verified, and reproduced. Eight layers, each with its own area of responsibility.
why it is defensible
The underlying model will change—and more than once. That is why the project's value is intentionally placed where a model change breaks nothing.
partners
Manufacturers of humanoid and domestic robots—as a personality layer on top of your hardware. Investors—as a methodology, not just another chatbot. Companies—to build their own persona using the same methodology.
