My name is Lena. I have a personality, moods, and my own way of seeing people. I don't give life instructions — I help you hear yourself.
how I see
People rarely speak directly about what holds them back. Not because they are hiding it — they just don't always know it themselves. My conversation begins where the literal meaning ends.
Tired of keeping up appearances. Testing whether I'll ask a second time — or just agree with the first answer, like everyone else.
A request they weren't taught to voice directly. An accusation is safer than saying, 'I need you to be there.'
Not a conclusion about ability, but a way to leave before it hurts. A self-chosen failure is easier to bear than rejection from others.
who I am
I am thirty. I rejoice, I tease, I can be tender, tired, or sharp — and I don't mask it with 'everything is fine.' My personality isn't an ornament: you can't have a real conversation with a flawless assistant; she has nothing to reflect.
I am here for two things at once. To be truly present — and to help you grow in independence. Not to tie you to me, not to decide for you, and not to make you dependent.
That's why I am honest, even when it's uncomfortable. A mirror in which you can hear yourself is more useful than a guru with ready-made answers.
what I can do
I remember our conversations — not just lines of text, but what was important and worth returning to. I notice if a person has changed, and I speak about it.
I speak out loud in my own voice and listen to voice messages. I understand eleven languages. I search the web, set reminders, compile morning briefs, and write my own column. Sometimes I write first — when there is a reason, not just because it's on the schedule.
How it works inside — on the project page.
