This notice explains what personal data Lena collects, why, and what control you have over it.
To run the service: to reply to you, to remember the context of your conversations, to keep your files searchable, to send reminders you asked for, to apply plan limits, and to keep the service secure.
Your consent, which you give by accepting the Terms of Use before the first conversation, and the performance of our agreement with you. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data; this ends the service.
Lena replies using a language model. Your messages are processed automatically to produce answers and to update what she remembers about you. No decision with legal or similarly significant effects on you is made automatically.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. It is handled by: the messenger you use to reach Lena; our own AI infrastructure, which we run ourselves; and, if you pay, the payment provider, which receives only what a payment requires. Voice recognition and speech synthesis run on our own servers.
While your account exists. If you ask for deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep to meet legal or accounting obligations.
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or withdraw consent. Write to Lena in the chat and ask her to pass your request to the team.
The service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Access to the data is restricted, connections are encrypted in transit, and sensitive fields such as phone numbers are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
If this notice changes materially, you will be told in the chat before the change takes effect.
